RETURNS – CHANGES

Product returns are made ONLY after consultation with the online store www.oikoshomeware.com (either by contact via email at sales@oikoshmeware.com, or by phone at 2510833833) and EXCLUSIVELY for products purchased from the online store.
Returns are made within 15 days from the day of receipt of your order from the transport company and the products must be in excellent condition in their original packaging and have all the labels on them. Products that have been used or washed are not returned.
The return must be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Receipt.
Upon return of the product, either your account can be credited for future use within 6 months, or a refund via bank account (within 20 days) from the date of receipt of the refund. For the second case it is necessary during the return of the parcel to send us an accompanying form where you will enter the account number, the IBAN of the bank and the bank where you want the money back, or to inform us about it via e-mail.
Changes of items in a discount or offer are changed at the current price and are not changed after the end of the discounts and offers.
Indicatively, we mention again that in order for the returns of the goods to be accepted, the following applies:
a. Not to be washed
b. Have all his labels and
c. The packaging must not have been damaged.

Also returns are not accepted on:
• sleeping pillows
• mattresses
• underwear
• seasonal items e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.
